 To be placed on the mailing list do the following:

1. Click on the link below

2. When your email program comes up, enter "Mailing List" on the subject line and then enter the following in the body:

  • Name
  • Organization or School (if applicable)
  • Address
  • City, State, Zip
  • Phone
  • email address
  • Tell us that would like to be placed on the mailing list
 
Send the email just like you would any other email.
